• Unboxing video: A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and contents inside

Important Notes :

. Claims for damaged or missing items will only be accepted if reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.

. The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition without any cuts or edits.

. Damage to the outer courier package alone does not qualify for a return or refund if the product inside is received in good condition.

. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect order placement by the customer, or normal variations in product appearance due to photography and screen settings.

. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
